Coastal Shelf is the tale of a man and his experience with a woman. A woman whom he cannot describe. A woman whose ethereal presence is something the man has not experienced before. A woman who seems to know a lot about the man. Who she is and how she found herself tangled in a fishing net on the same beach Simon seeks solace are all questions Simon cannot immediately answer. Who is she? What is she? And why can she only sing Nirvana?
